My role in the company is an RN it is significant to the company because any resident that needs to go on the LHCSA or the ALP program needs to have an assessment and an assessment can only be done by a nurse.
I like my specific role because I am the nurse at the facility and the only one who can assess residents and get them onto the programs for their safety.
In my spare time I like to travel.
I really do not have a favorite superhero or cartoon character I am very busy with work and family so I never really thought about it.
What your role is and why it is significant to the company? My role is that of LHCSA Client Services Coordinator and it is significant because it ensures regulations, visits, aide care, scheduling and placement of our residents are provided the services they are placed on our programs are utilized to best care they are entitled to receive.
What you like about your specific role or about the company as a whole? I like my role because it’s a continuing learning process which I feel keeps my mind stimulated and my position always interesting and teaches me skills I may not otherwise possess, as well as working for a company that is appreciative and recognizes when your efforts are genuine and you show why you are an asset. This is my second employ here, and to me it’s family.
A fun fact about you or something you do in your spare time? I was addicted to watching TikTok videos. Mostly roller skating. It prompted me to order roller skates, and totally has brought me back to when I was a teenager and used to skate all the time. Goal: Not get injured, and eventually be good enough I will make some videos and be that cool kid.
