My favorite part of the job is providing a valuable dining service not just to residents, but also to their family and friends.
My best advice to new residents is- The gift of time is often more valuable to the receiver and more satisfying for the giver than the gift of money. We don’t all have the same amount of money, but we all do have the same amount of time on our hands, and we can give some of this time to help others, whether that means we devote our selves to a service, or just give a few moments each day to sit and talk with someone.

I am responsible for coordinating all aspects of Human Resources and ensuring that the organization has adequate talent in order to provide residents with the highest level of care.

My favorite part of working at The Eliot is interacting with the residents and my co-workers.
My advice to new residents is to speak with loved ones or professionals about your feelings when transitioning into assisted living. Change can be difficult at any time in our lives and it is important to express how you feel during the transition into assisted living. Families can help with these feelings by communicating with one another and creating a rotating visitation schedule so that your loved one can feel secure.
